Fe15s pulled out all the stops with a good win on Monday evening last against Passage. Ciaran Cronin opened the score for Mayfield with a well taken free.
Following on our Conor O'Callaghan then scored a goal from a high ball dropped in by Matthew Cooney which put Mayfield in the driving seat.
At half time Mayfield quickly moved ahead putting a further 2 goals and 2 points between them and Passage. The second half was totally controlled by Mayfield; killing off the game with further 2 goals from James Byrne.
Passage rallied but despite there best efforts couldn't come back. Another good all round display. Roll on Blarney; who are up next Monday and should be a tough assignment.
